If we don’t find by New Year, we give up and find a house instead. That’s the plan!
This period is in fact great to visit the cities, the Christmas atmosphere is coming up and we have a reason to be in many places. Boats are everywhere you have water: Bruges, Ghent, Ostende, Amsterdam, Friesland.
Unfortunately, it seems that nice house boats are very expensive and not nice looking house boats are expensive as well. People who sell the boat always have a story why their boat is not as bad as the other boats. Just have to be careful that we don’t buy something that we will regret the rest of our life.
